So if your item turns up damaged in the post, don’t worry about it. We have you covered.

This should not happen, and in all our time to date, we can count the times on one hand!

Yes, but we also look after our own profits, and don’t want to risk giving them all away with a guarantee that would send us out of business and broke.

So we make sure that every item we sell, is well packaged before shipping it, just to be sure that you get it in perfect order, and we won’t have to replace it.

However, it does sometimes happen, and shipping is the only thing we can’t really control, and we just learn to live with it.

So if it does unfortunately happen to you, simply give us a call and we will replace your item as quickly as possible. GUARANTEED!

Great! But what if my item breaks after I get it? Then what?

This shouldn’t happen to you, because we have also learnt that if we can’t guarantee a product to last it’s expected lifetime, then we don’t sell it.

And any reputable company will guarantee it’s expected lifetime.

So we only deal with products and brands that have earned a reputation for quality and assurance. Including ALL our Hand Made Products!

This way, it minimize any hassles or concerns on your end about the longevity of your item, and allows you the peace and freedom do what you wanted to do when you purchased it. That is, to enjoy using it.

However, even the best brand name items sometimes have something go wrong every now and again, and we don’t deny that. (We are human after all, and do make the odd mistake… But we are ALWAYS ready to hear from you, and make things right if we do!)

So if you ever find yourself in the position of needing your item replaced, even if it is outside of the specified time of guarantee, then simply give us a call and we will work out for you the best solution to get you back on the road in the shortest time possible.

The only thing you need to do other than letting us know that your item is damaged, is to send it back to us, (Broken Bits included) and a note inside with your name, address and purchase date. Then we can handle the rest.
